Can you ride your bike with no handlebars? What about riding your bike with no seat using a single finger to hold you up while your other hand pedals?

How about this scenario: You're wandering the wastes, drinking your RAD water and you stumble upon a group of Feral Ghouls. Will you freeze up and become lunch OR will you freeze up and figure out how many steps you'll need to take before you can fire your pistol into one of their faces? 

It might be safer just to put on your quietest shoes and allow them to continue feasting on whatever viscera they've found. After all, you're only a single wanderer in the wastes! Is it REALLY any of your business? Vault-Tec agrees!
